Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy details how information about Users is collected, used and disclosed by Invaluable Studios, Inc. (“IS”) when using IS’ website, platform, online products and monitoring services (collectively, “Services”), or through otherwise interacting with IS. The Privacy Policy describes use, access and correction of personal information collected through the Services. The website, platform, and products are owned by IS, and any party who accesses any of these are considered Users.

By accessing and using the Services, Users acknowledge that they have read and understand the the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy will be updated as IS sees fit. If changes are made, Users are responsible for making themselves aware of any such changes. Users shall review the Privacy Policy whenever accessing the Services.

1. Information Provided Through User’s Use of Services.

IS collects and processes information provided directly to IS through the Services. Personal data submitted through the Services include the details submitted when an account is created, when Users participate in any interactive features of the Services, fill out a form, make payments, communicate with IS, or communicate with any other Users. The types of information collected include name, email address, company name, postal address, phone number, e-wallet, bank account, credit card, and any other information provided as well as the content of any communication. To the extent credit card or e-wallet information is used through the Services, that information is collected and processed by any third-party payment processor pursuant to their Privacy Policy and practices.

2. Information Collected Automatically Through Use.

When accessing or using the Services, IS automatically collects information about Users, including, (i) log Files: IS gather information about User’s use of the Services, including the type of browser used, access times, pages viewed, IP address and the page visited before navigating to the Services, and this information is stored in log files. IS does not monitor or log data collected from User’s servers when using the Services but may log or monitor information about User’s access to the Services; and (ii) Information Collected by Cookies, Servers, and Other Tracking Technologies: IS uses various technologies (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) to collect information, including browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, domain name, Ethereum address, wallet type, and a date/time stamp for visit.

3. Information Collected Through Other Sources.

IS may also obtain information from other sources and combine that with information collected through IS’ Services for purposes of advertising and user authentication.

4. Use of Information.

IS may use information about Users to: (i) enable Users to have full access to the Services; (ii) provide, maintain and improve the Services; (iii) provide and deliver the products and services requested, process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices; (iv) send Users technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages; (v) respond to comments, questions and requests, and provide customer support; (vi) create User’s account and identify when Users sign-in to the account in accordance with the agreement with IS; (vii) communicate with Users about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by IS and others, and provide news and information; (viii) monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the Services; (ix) detect, investigate and prevent fraud and other illegal activities and protect the rights and property of IS and others; (x) personalize and improve the Services and provide advertisements, content or features that match User profiles or interests; (xi) notify Users about important changes to the Services, including changes or updates to the Privacy Policy; (xii) facilitate contests, sweepstakes and promotions and process and deliver entries and rewards; (xiii) link or combine with information from others to help understand User needs and provide Users with better service; and (xiv) carry out any other purpose described to Users at the time the information was collected.

5. Sharing of Information.

IS may share User’s personal information as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy: (i) with consultants and other service providers vetted and approved by IS (including, but not limited to, hosting services, authentication services, cyber security and anti-fraud services, and advertising); (ii) in response to a request for information if permitted by, in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law, regulation or legal process such as to comply with a subpoena or applicable court order; (iii) with any person to whom disclosure is necessary to enable IS to enforce IS’ rights under this Privacy Policy or under any other agreement or to protect the rights, property and safety of IS or third parties; (iv) in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of IS assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of IS’ business by another company; (v) between and among IS and all companies affiliated with IS who may act for IS for any of the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, including current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and other companies under common control and ownership; (vi) with analytics and search engine providers that assist IS in the improvement and optimization of IS’ Website; and (vii) with User’s consent or at User’s direction. IS may also share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify Users.

6. External Links.

The Services may contain links to external sites. If Users follow a link to any external websites, note that these websites have their own privacy policies and that IS does not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. IS is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such sites.

7. Third-Party Wallet Extensions.

In conducting cryptocurrency transactions IS uses third-party electronic wallet extensions such as (but not limited to) MetaMask. User’s interactions with MetaMask and/or any third-party electronic wallet extensions are governed by the applicable privacy policies.

8. Social Sharing Features.

The Services may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools letting Users share information found on the IS website with other media, and vice versa. When visiting one of IS’ pages the plugin establishes a direct connection between the User browser and the social media server. Thus, the social media site receives information from the User browser as set out in their privacy policy. IS has no knowledge as to the contents of the submitted data or its use by any social media website.

9. Log-In Features.

IS may allow Users to sign up and log in using the User’s Google account. If a User signs up using their Google email account, Google will ask their permission to share certain information from their Google account with IS. This may include the User’s first name, last name, gender, general location, time zone and birthday. This information is collected by Google and is provided to IS under the terms of Google’s privacy policy.

10. Advertising & Analytical Services Provided by Others.

IS allows the following companies to serve advertisements on IS’ behalf across the Internet and in applications: Google AdWords, Google analytics, Marketo, Twitter, Facebook, Adroll, Quora, Bing ads, Linkedin, Terminus, Demand base, Instagram, and Reddit using email address and cookies that are collected. These entities use technologies including cookies, web beacons, device identifiers and other tools to collect information about User’s use of the Services and other websites and applications, including IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked and conversion information. This information may be used by IS and IS service providers to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to User’s interests on IS’ Services and other websites and better understand User’s online activity.

11. Marketing.

Where permitted in IS’ legitimate interest or with User’s prior consent where required by law, IS will use User’s personal information for marketing and to provide Users with promotional update communications by email about IS products/services. Users can object to further marketing at any time by selecting the “unsubscribe” link at the end of all IS marketing and promotional electronic communications to Users, or by contacting IS using the contact details set out at in this Privacy Policy.

12. Security.

IS takes reasonable steps, including physical, technical and organizational measures, to protect User’s personal information from unauthorized access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. Unfortunately, transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although IS does their best to protect User’s personal information, IS cannot guarantee the security of User’s personal information submitted to IS.User’s personal information will be retained by IS for the duration of a User’s account and may be retained for a period after this time as necessary and relevant to IS’ legitimate interests, IS’ terms of agreement with Users and in accordance with applicable legal obligations. This may include retention necessary to meet IS’ tax reporting requirements as well as time required to enforce the relevant terms of agreement or to identify, issue or resolve legal proceedings.

13. Children.

IS does not intentionally gather Personal Data from visitors who are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits Personal Data to IS and IS learns that the Personal Data is the information of a child under 13, IS will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. If there is a belief that IS may have any Personal Data from a child under 13, contact should be made with IS at the address indicated.

14. Users Outside of the United States.

If User is a non-U.S. user of the Service, by visiting the Service and providing IS with data, the User acknowledges and agrees that their Personal Data may be processed for the purposes identified in the Privacy Policy. In addition, the User’s Personal Data may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in other countries, including the United States, where laws regarding processing of Personal Data may be less stringent than the laws in the User’s country. By providing data, User’s consent to such transfer.
